How do I book a yacht?

Simply select a yacht and fill out the booking form with your preferred date, time, and number of guests. We will contact you shortly to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.

How do I pay for my yacht rental?

Once we confirm availability, we will contact you to arrange payment. A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter. We accept Zelle, Venmo (+5%), Apple Pay (+7.5%), and most of the time credit card (+4%) for payment.

What is included in the rental price?

All rentals include the yacht, captain, fuel, water, ice, cups, silverware, floating water mat, and crew. Add-ons such as jet skis, party setups, catering, and DJs can be included at an extra cost.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We can also provide catering options upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to your booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule your charter on a later date.

Can I book multiple yachts together so they are docked side by side?

Yes — we are happy to coordinate a tie-up arrangement for you at no additional cost.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends and holidays when demand is high.

Is tipping the crew required?

Gratuity is not always required but is always appreciated. A standard tip is 10-20% of the charter price.

Can we swim and use the water during the charter?

Absolutely! Most of our charters include time to anchor so you can swim, relax on floaties, or enjoy add-ons like jet skis or jet cars.

What happens if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsafe (as determined by the captain), we will offer to reschedule your charter or provide a full refund. Light rain does not typically cancel a charter.
